We've all been there—the first day on a new job where we're asked to introduce ourselves to the team or share a fun fact. It's a classic scenario, but with a little creativity, we can turn this scenario into a more engaging, personalized experience.

Create a personalized performance review in under 5 minutes:

Prompt:
“You're the [your position] at a [industry name] company that does [one line description of what your company does]. Your task is to design an onboarding process for a new [position name of a new hire] who has just moved from being a [previous position name]. As part of this process, you need to prepare a set of personalized icebreaker questions.

To develop these icebreaker questions, ask me about:

The new hire's professional background and key experiences
