Using AI Prompts for Recruiting
You asked, and we listened 🙂
Performance reviews are an important part of managing and developing your employees, but often it gets challenging to ensure that your reviews are fair, constructive, and motivating.
Create a personalized performance review in under 5 minutes:
Prompt: “You're the [your role] at an [industry] company. Your task is to provide a performance review for a [seniority and role] who has devoted their time to [a one-liner on what they’ve worked on]. To get relevant information, I'd like you to ask me the following:
An evaluation of an employee's accomplishments
Data-based assessment of their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
First, ask me one question, get my response, and then ask me the next question. After collecting all the data, provide me with the relevant performance review I can submit”

Something New @Albus
You wanted a feature that lets you train Albus on any public channel without adding him to it.
Just like how we hoomans can read other public slack channels without being added to them 😎
That’s exactly why we built this feature. With auto-training, Albus now understands your public channels without joining them.
This way, you can train Albus on any channel you want, without having to add or remove him manually.
If you make your channel private, Albus will remove it as a source of information!
Sounds awesome, right? Want to try it out for yourself?
Go to your dashboard and see how Albus auto-trains on your channels now.
