Using AI Prompts for Recruiting

Last week, we got 21 prompt requests. 4 of which were similar to the one below 😮 

We get it; conveying rejection to a candidate who has invested time and energy in the application process can be tough.

As HR leaders, it's our responsibility to offer feedback that is both genuine and constructive, rather than ghosting the candidate.

Let's focus on writing empathetic rejection emails that underline a candidate's strengths and provide constructive feedback for their career development.

Create a personalized rejection email in under 2 minutes:

“You are the [your role] at a [company name/industry]. Your task is to draft three distinct rejection emails for a candidate who applied for a position at your company. To ensure these emails are thoughtful, I need you to ask me three important details:

1. The candidate's competencies where they excelled.

2. Elements of their application that stood out positively.

3. Characteristics we identified in the final candidates that we found lacking in their application process.

We aim for the candidate to feel valued and recognized for their strengths, despite the rejection.

Start by asking me the first question, receiving my response, and then proceeding to the next question. Once you've gathered all the information, provide me with three unique, empathetic rejection email drafts."

Remember when we first got Albus and Notion to work together?
