How to AI-fy your organization
Do you have AI policies at your workplace? |
Albus in Action
It’s not just Workplace docs
Sukrutha is an HR professional, and while reviewing a CV, she found a minor discrepancy. The candidate mentioned one of his previous experiences at Bitkuber, and then in the same section, he mentioned Coinswitch Kuber.
Sukrutha believed he had made a mistake or that both companies were the same. So she asked Albus, and she almost instantly got her answer. Googling would have helped her too, but when you have only a few applications open, it’s much easier to ask on Slack.
With Albus, you can quickly find exactly what you need.
How to AI-fy your organization
AI integration is inevitable. Before it's too late, make the first move, like we did at Springworks.
Here are a few things that will help you get started:
Embed AI in Routine Tasks: Utilize AI for regular activities like scheduling and customer interactions to enhance efficiency.
Leverage AI for Targeted Applications: Pinpoint areas within your organization where AI can deliver significant improvements, such as automating mundane tasks or elevating customer service with smart chatbots.
Boost Productivity with AI: Employ AI solutions designed for your specific needs, automating administrative duties or refining data analysis for better outcomes.
Note that AI is a superpower if used efficiently. If you want to get started, Albus might be a great way to AI-fy your helpdesk.
This Week For Artificial Intelligence
I went down the rabbit hole and found out some fun things happening in the space. Here is a rundown for you:
Find GPT
In last week’s poll, the most-picked option was “There is a GPT for that”
It's tough to find the right GPT tools, even with a normal Google search or GPT store search. I found Find GPT works best. It tells you what each custom GPT does and gives a brief summary.
My Prompt:
Find GPTs for workplace policies
Response:
What customGPT would you like to see next time? |

The AI Index Report 2023 from Stanford University highlights trends in AI, showing how the industry outpaces academia in producing significant machine learning models, the mixed environmental impact of AI, and the growing number of AI misuse incidents.
Some insights from the report:
It’s a great read, and I honestly recommend you at least skim it.
